Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged before shipping.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

To ensure your baked goods arrive fresh and intact:

• All products are securely packaged to maintain quality during transit.

• Perishable items include cooling packs (if needed) to preserve freshness.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

While we strive to ensure perfect delivery every time, we cannot control delays caused by carriers or weather conditions. If your package arrives damaged:

Generally speaking, a Shipping Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for processing orders; the shipping costs; different domestic and international shipping solutions; potential service interruptions; and much, much more.

Due to the nature of our products:

• Sweeter Things Bakery is not responsible for items left outside or undelivered due to incorrect shipping information.

Custom orders may require additional processing time. We will communicate any adjustments to your shipping timeline upon order confirmation.

All baked goods are final sale and cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns.
